Read the application form first. Next, fill out the form carefully. Fill out every question. If a question does not apply to you, please write "n/a"(not applicable).
Bring the completed application form and necessary documents to the CCIS OGTP Head Office.
Checklist of documents to be attached with the application (we can photocopy these for you):
* Employers in Alberta frequently request an Alberta driver's license
** The IMM 1000 and IMM 5292 are important documents. If you have lost your original document, you can visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada to request an official copy. This process usually takes several months.

Submit your application in person at:

Note: We will not accept any application submitted by email. You must apply in person.
When you apply in person, you will be assigned a date to attend an orientation.
Step # 3 [Mandatory]
Attend the assigned Oil & Gas Training Programs orientation
The orientation will help you to make an informed decision, and it will include the following:
There is no free/public parking available. Paid street parking and parkades are available in the area. We suggest using public transportation.
Step # 4
OGTP will short-list the candidates, evaluate each application based on the eligibilty criteria and the Initial Interview
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted by e-mail and phone call for a Final Interview with HR representatives from CCIS and industry

Candidates who are selected for the training program will be contacted by email and phone call
Fill out required paperwork and provide all the necessary documentation
